In his current role, he oversees all the aspects of PerfectMind’s product development including Architecture, Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Product Management.
During his career, he has built and led highly efficient teams of architects, project managers, and multi-disciplinary development departments, both local and offshore. With all his experience, he has kept the engineering fire at heart and enjoys solving problems for clients and internal team members any chance he gets.
DoneWith over 15 years of experience in Customer Service leadership, Eric has developed a strength in developing efficient, innovative, and technical customer-centric solutions. His Customer Service skillset is versatile, having held leadership positions in Customer Support, Customer Success, Software Implementation, Professional Services, and Account Management teams in his career to date.
Since joining the PerfectMind leadership team in early 2021, he has been focused on building incremental improvements which will further advance company performance at scale and delight customers. Using his strong communication skills, Eric can guide cross-departmental teams to analyze, develop and implement these changes with the customer’s experience in mind.
As an experienced ‘people first’ leader, he can build strong relationships to coach, train, and support developing the critical skills required of an Enterprise-grade Customer Service department.
DoneNima has over 15 years of customer service experience in the software industry. Starting off as an Account Manager at Championsway in 2007, Nima realized his passion for developing teams and building efficient processes that help in delivering the best customer service experience.
In his previous role of Director of Customer Service at PerfectMind and using his background in Management Information System (MIS), he developed a global Customer Service department to offer an industry-leading customer service experience for PerfectMind’s growing customer base.
Today, as Vice-President of Customer Success, Nima has built a successful department that can successfully implement the software as seamlessly as possible to businesses of all sizes. He oversees all project delivery teams including Professional Services, Implementation and Project Management.

Skilled in Customer Service, Coaching, Recruitment, Personnel Management, and Business Development with more than 20 years’ experience, she is always full of energy and excels when dealing with challenges, multiple deadlines, and priorities.
Rose joined PerfectMind in 2007 as Customer Service Manager. She progressively took over the Operations Manager role utilizing her natural business, personal and operational skills.
Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Rose. As PerfectMind Operations Manager, she is responsible for billing & collections as well as all office procedures. Rose works closely with Senior Leadership to ensure internal and external clients’ needs are being met with an exceptional level of professionalism.
DoneAs the Information Technology (IT) Director, Arash oversees the IT Operations at PerfectMind powered by an elite team of dedicated professionals who look after Cloud Infrastructure, SysOps, Database, and Security & Compliance.
Since joining PerfectMind in 2010, Arash has been instrumental in growing the IT infrastructure and operations to serve various industries. This includes architecting a highly secure and scalable cloud solution and migrating PerfectMind's on-premise infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure superb user experience.
As an ex-martial artist with a 2nd-degree black belt in Hapkido, Arash is proud to be part of an organization that caters to health and wellness and strives to build connections within communities.
Shayan Azizbaeigi is a Director of Product at PerfectMind defining and driving the product strategy. He has spent the last 4 years building and leading a team of 15 individuals consisting of Product Managers, Business Analysts and Data Analysts. Prior to his current role, he held many other positions within the company, spanning over a total of ten years.
During Shayan's PerfectMind career, his willingness to learn and grow as an individual directed him to Eastern Canada where he took on a role at BlackBerry Headquarters on the New Product Innovation Team.
His professional interests include helping businesses strive in excellence and assisting them in reaching the next step of their development while ensuring prominent advancements. When Shayan is not behind the computer increasing his knowledge in technology, he keeps himself physically fit while training competitively in martial arts and soccer.
